How highly would u rate this Gaming Rig for playing games?

I would rate it a 5 or 6. You need a better graphics card. I would at least get a Nvidia GTS 450 or an ATI 5770, but I suggest you get a GTX 460 or 550TI. As long as your power supply has two PCI-e power connectors you will be good to go.
